Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new cancer drug called BI 3923948 for the first time in people. It aims to find the highest safe dose when given alone or combined with an immunotherapy drug. The trial is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and are accessible for injection, who have limited treatment options left.
