Experimental cancer drug enters first human trials for multiple advanced cancers

Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental cancer drug called M7437, designed to target specific proteins found on cancer cells. The trial aims to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows early signs of effectiveness in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will enroll 138 participants with specific cancer types including lung, breast, ovarian, head and neck, pancreatic, and gastric cancers.
