Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called GenSci140 for advanced solid tumors, like ovarian cancer. The main goals are to find a safe dose, understand how the body processes the drug, and see if it shows any early signs of helping to control the cancer. The study is open to adults with advanced solid tumors who have not responded to other treatments.
