First human tests begin for promising new cancer treatment

NCT ID NCT07223125

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new experimental drug called JNJ-89862175 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be surgically removed. The trial aims to find safe and effective doses by enrolling 360 participants with specific cancers including lung, kidney, ovarian, and uterine tumors. Researchers will closely monitor side effects and how the drug behaves in the body to determine if it should move to larger studies.
