Summary
This study is testing a new drug called HY0001a in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. It is for adults with cancers like esophageal cancer, lung cancer, and others who have no other effective treatments left.
