New hope pill tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This is a first-in-human study testing a new oral drug called HW071021 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial aims to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug, while also checking for early signs that it might help control the cancer. It will enroll about 76 adults with cancers like lung, colorectal, or pancreatic cancer who have no other good treatment options.
