Experimental cancer drug enters first human testing

NCT ID NCT06597721

Summary

This is the first human study of an experimental cancer drug called ADCE-T02 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will test different doses in 210 participants to find the safest amount and see how the body processes the drug. The main goals are to determine the maximum safe dose and check for side effects, while also looking for early signs that the drug might help control cancer growth.
