Summary

This is the first-ever study in people of a new targeted cancer drug called BHV-1510. It aims to find a safe and effective dose for patients with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study will test the drug alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy (cemiplimab) in up to 500 participants. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors.
