First patients receive experimental cancer drug in early safety trial

NCT ID NCT06307795

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called ANS014004 for advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug in about 63 adult participants. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors in people with specific genetic changes (MET, ROS1, or NTRK).
