Summary
This study is testing a new drug called SAR445877 for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug, given alone or with other cancer treatments, can help shrink tumors. The trial is in early stages, first finding the right dose and then testing it in specific cancer types.
