Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called ITC-6146RO for patients with advanced or metastatic cancer who have run out of standard treatment options. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. The study will enroll about 102 adults with specific advanced cancers, including prostate, lung, and breast cancer.
