Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two experimental drugs, LB1410 and LB4330, for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be treated with standard therapies. The main goals are to find a safe and effective dose and to see if the combination can shrink tumors and control the cancer. The study is recruiting about 194 adults with various cancers, including pancreatic, lung, stomach, and ovarian cancers.
