Summary
This early-stage trial tested a new oral drug, ERAS-007, in combination with other cancer therapies for people with advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancer. The main goals were to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug combinations could shrink tumors. The study involved 101 adults whose cancers had specific genetic mutations and had spread to other parts of the body.
