New hope for tough cancers: early trial tests novel drug duo

Summary
This is an early-stage study testing the safety and initial effectiveness of a new drug called CHS-114 when combined with an existing immunotherapy (toripalimab) and possibly other standard treatments. It is for adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including specific types of stomach, esophageal, and colorectal cancers that have progressed after prior therapies. The main goal is to see if the combination is safe and well-tolerated while also checking for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
