First patients to receive new experimental cancer drug

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new potential cancer drug called BG-C477. The main goal is to find out if the drug is safe, what side effects it causes, and what dose to use. It will be tested alone and combined with other cancer treatments in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies.
