Could a simple ultrasound scan better spot breast cancer?
NCT ID NCT07465523
Summary
This study is testing a new way to use Doppler ultrasound to help doctors tell if a breast mass is benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous). Researchers will measure and compare blood flow patterns in the mass and the healthy tissue around it in 90 female participants. The goal is to see if this new approach can improve the accuracy of diagnosis before a biopsy is needed.
