Summary
This study is testing whether a new two-drug combination called QL1706 can help control advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. Researchers will compare the new treatment against current standard care in 123 women whose cancer has returned or spread. The main goal is to see if the new treatment can delay cancer growth longer than existing options while monitoring side effects.
