New hope for breast cancer patients: experimental drug trial aims to shrink tumors before surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called BL-M07D1, given with or without pertuzumab, works better than standard chemotherapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer. The trial will involve 120 women with stage 2 or 3 breast cancer who haven't had previous cancer treatment. Researchers want to see if the new approach helps eliminate more cancer cells before surgery and improves long-term outcomes.
