Breakthrough trial offers new hope for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called BNT327 to standard chemotherapy works better than chemotherapy alone for advanced triple-negative breast cancer. The trial will involve 558 patients whose cancer has returned or spread and who can't receive standard immunotherapy. Neither patients nor doctors will know who gets the real drug versus a placebo, allowing for a fair comparison of effectiveness and side effects.
