Breakthrough drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

NCT ID NCT07533123

Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called JSKN016 works better than standard treatments for advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has returned or spread. The trial will involve 364 adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite trying at least two previous treatments. Researchers will compare how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and how long they survive overall.
