Scientists test new dosing plan for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing a different dose and schedule for the drug sacituzumab govitecan in people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer. The main goals are to see if this new schedule is safe and if it helps shrink tumors or delay cancer growth. The study will enroll about 100 participants who have either tried other treatments or are newly diagnosed.
