New hope for tough brain cancer: trial tests powerful Immune-Boosting combo

Summary
This study is testing a new three-drug combination for people with an aggressive type of brain lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. The goal is to see if adding a new immune-boosting drug called epcoritamab to two existing drugs can better control the cancer and improve survival. The trial will enroll about 60 adults to measure how well the tumors shrink and monitor side effects.
