Experimental Virus-Based therapy targets deadly brain tumors
NCT ID NCT07501559
Summary
This clinical trial is testing an experimental injection called JL15003 for people with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer that has returned after standard treatment. The study aims to determine if directly injecting this modified virus into the tumor is safe and can help control the cancer. About 40 patients will receive the injection, and doctors will monitor them closely for side effects and to see if the treatment slows tumor growth or extends survival.
