New hope for fighting aggressive brain tumors
NCT ID NCT05765812
Summary
This study is testing a new drug called Debio 0123 for adults with glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. The goal is to see if adding this drug to standard chemotherapy (temozolomide) and radiation is safe and can help control the cancer better. The research will first find the safest dose and then see if the combination helps people live longer compared to current standard treatments.
