Summary
This study is testing a new drug combination for adults whose glioblastoma brain cancer has come back after initial treatment. The goal is to see if the experimental drug STAR-001, given with the blood pressure medicine spironolactone, is safe and can help control the tumor. Researchers will enroll up to 68 participants to measure side effects and see if the tumors shrink or stop growing.
