New stiffness treatment trial seeks stroke survivors

Summary
This study is testing whether a new botulinum toxin injection called Eveotox can safely reduce muscle stiffness in the arms of adults who have had a stroke. Researchers will compare the injection to a placebo in 207 participants to see if it improves arm flexibility and function. The main goal is to measure changes in muscle stiffness four weeks after treatment.
