Summary
This study tested the safety and effectiveness of a new botulinum toxin injection called JHM03 for reducing muscle stiffness (spasticity) in the arms of adults who have had a stroke. It involved 84 participants and compared the new injection to a placebo. The main goals were to see if the treatment was safe and if it improved muscle stiffness four weeks after the injection.
