Simple blood test could spot liver cancer sooner

NCT ID NCT07148310

Summary

This study is testing a new blood test designed to detect liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma). Researchers will compare blood and tissue samples from 200 people—some with confirmed liver cancer and some with liver cirrhosis but no cancer. The goal is to see if the test can accurately identify cancer by finding specific DNA markers released by tumors.
