Summary

This study is testing whether a new medication called TCA108 can help lower blood pressure in adults whose high blood pressure isn't well controlled with their current medications. Researchers will enroll 400 adults who still have high blood pressure despite taking two different blood pressure drugs. Participants will take either the new medication or a placebo (dummy pill) for 10 weeks while researchers measure changes in their blood pressure and monitor for side effects.
