First patients receive experimental injection in fight against tough blood cancers

Summary
This is the first time a new drug called RJK-RT2831 is being tested in people. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects in about 70 adults with advanced blood cancers like leukemia that have come back or haven't responded to standard treatments. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
