Summary

This is an early-stage study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called INCA033989. It will be given alone or combined with an existing drug (ruxolitinib) to 230 people with myeloproliferative neoplasms, a group of blood cancers. The main goal is to see how well the body tolerates the treatment and to check for any side effects.
