Brain-Reading device tested to tame unruly bladders

NCT ID NCT07193407

Summary

This study is testing a new implanted device designed to help women with severe overactive bladder that hasn't improved with standard treatments. The device aims to sense nerve signals related to bladder urgency and deliver gentle electrical stimulation to calm those signals. Up to 10 participants will have the temporary device implanted to check if it works safely and as intended.
