Scientists create new test to spot balance problems before falls happen
NCT ID NCT07300592
Summary
This study aims to create a more sensitive balance test specifically for healthy, active older adults. Researchers will test 50 participants aged 65+ who are already in good physical shape, having them perform balance tasks twice to see if the results are consistent. The goal is to develop a tool that can detect subtle balance changes early, helping prevent falls and support healthy aging.
