Summary
This study is testing a new, comprehensive treatment plan for people who go to the emergency room with sudden, severe low back pain. The plan combines standard pain medication with advice on safe movement, psychological support, and social factors, aiming to reduce pain and prevent it from becoming long-term. Researchers will enroll about 782 adults to see if this combined approach works better than current emergency room care.
