Summary
This study is testing a new, comprehensive treatment plan for sudden, severe low back pain in emergency departments. It combines standard pain medication with advice on staying active, psychological support, and education for both doctors and patients. The goal is to see if this combined approach reduces pain and disability better than current care and helps prevent short-term pain from turning into a long-term problem.
