Summary
This is an early-stage study to check the safety and how the body processes a new ointment called CU-10101 for atopic dermatitis (eczema). It will first test the ointment on healthy volunteers, then on people with mild to moderate eczema, to see if it is well-tolerated and to get an early look at whether it might help reduce symptoms.
