New hope for battling a Drug-Resistant lung superbug

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of antibiotics to treat a serious and difficult-to-treat lung infection called Mycobacterium abscessus. It will compare the new treatment to the current standard care to see if it works better and causes fewer side effects. About 300 people aged 12 and older with this infection, with or without cystic fibrosis, will participate.
