New back block vs. spinal shot: which eases hemorrhoid surgery pain better?

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two anesthesia methods works better for controlling pain after hemorrhoid removal surgery. It will compare a newer ultrasound-guided back block to a standard spinal injection. The main goal is to see which technique results in less pain for patients in the first 24 hours after their operation.
