Summary
This study is testing whether adding a drug called chidamide to a standard two-drug treatment is safe and more effective for adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has come back or hasn't responded to prior therapy. The goal is to see if this three-drug combination can help more patients achieve remission and keep the cancer away longer. Researchers will enroll about 30 participants to measure response rates and side effects.
