New hope for leukemia patients: three-drug combo tested against standard care

Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (ABC-14) for adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). It compares the new combo to standard chemotherapy or another two-drug regimen. The goal is to see if the new approach leads to more complete remissions with fewer side effects. About 240 participants will be enrolled.
