Summary

This study tests a combination of five drugs for people newly diagnosed with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The goal is to see how well the treatment kills cancer cells and what side effects occur. About 270 participants will receive the drug combination to improve remission rates.
