Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called BMS-986497 for adults with acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome that has returned or resisted previous treatments. Researchers will give the drug alone and in combination with two standard cancer medications to find the safest and most effective doses. The study aims to determine if this new approach can help control these aggressive blood cancers when other treatments have failed.
