Summary
This large, late-stage study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called revumenib to standard chemotherapy works better than chemotherapy alone for adults newly diagnosed with a specific genetic type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if the combination helps patients live longer without their cancer returning and is safe. Researchers will compare the two approaches in about 468 participants.
