First-in-Human trial launches for aggressive leukemia patients out of options

Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental drug called BL-M11D1 for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug, while also checking for early signs it might help control the cancer. The study will enroll about 120 participants to test different dosing schedules and monitor for side effects.
