Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called BL-M11D1 in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to previous treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also gather early information on whether the drug helps control the cancer.
