New hope for leukemia patients who have run out of options
NCT ID NCT06366789
Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test a new drug, ZE46-0134, for adults with a hard-to-treat blood cancer called acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The cancer has come back or resisted standard treatment and has specific genetic changes (FLT3 or spliceosome mutations). The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and get an early look at whether it might help control the disease.
