NCT ID NCT06382168

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether combining an experimental drug (DFP-10917) with an approved drug (venetoclax) is safe and effective for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to previous treatments. The first part of the study aims to find the safest dose, and the second part will see how well the combination works against the leukemia. The trial is enrolling up to 39 participants.
