Summary
This is an early safety study for adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has come back or not responded to standard treatment. Researchers are testing a new combination of two drugs, bomedemstat and venetoclax, to find the safest dose and see if the body can tolerate them. The main goal is to understand the side effects before testing if the treatment is effective in later studies.
