First seen Nov 03, 2025 · Last updated Apr 22, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-stage study aims to find a safe dose of a new three-drug combination for children and young adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has returned or not responded to prior treatment. Researchers are testing a new drug called revumenib together with two standard chemotherapy drugs, azacitidine and venetoclax. The main goal is to see how well patients tolerate this combination and to find the safest dose for future studies.
