Summary
This study is testing a new combination of two chemotherapy drugs, Vyxeos® and clofarabine, for children and young adults whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of this combination. Researchers hope this regimen can help control the disease enough for patients to later receive a stem cell transplant, which is a standard next step.
